Coach Terrance T. Chatman has built a career on one principle: develop the whole athlete. From Detroit's hardwood to the highest levels of collegiate competition, his player-first approach has produced All-Conference honorees, conference statistical leaders, and student-athletes who go on to compete at four-year programs.

Coach Chatman's journey began under the late Charles Knott at Detroit Cody High School and has taken him through every level of the game — high school, AAU, NJAA, and NCAA Division I. At each stop, he has left programs stronger than he found them.
